To anyone who wonders if a dream car repair shop exists, try Campbell's Automotive and they'll make a believer out of you! When you first drive in, you may have to double park your car. Business is booming here because these guys are passionate fanatics who fix cars right... Starting with the irrepressible smiles and warmth and super competant attention to details of Bill and Steve behind the front desk who greet you when you first arrive. If you need a ride after dropping off your car, they will give you one promptly. Ditto for picking up your car. If you're lucky, mechanic Raul will take you and you'll have a delightful chat to enhance your early morning or late afternoon, or both! The price is always right, very fair and reasonable. And I trust them 100%, one of the biggest keys to their success, why I keep coming back, is honesty. If you show up when they're having their Friday barbeque lunch they'll even give you a tasty burger. Now here's my most impressive story about them... I referred a friend who needed a new battery for her Prius. She spoke to Bill on the phone once. Two weeks later he still had her number and called to alert her to a price reduction on this outrageously expensive battery and helped her save $1200! The dealer didn't tell her about this. Bill did. They do pre-purchase car inspections too for much less than dealers. This is by far the most stellar repair service I've ever experienced. I thought I was dropped down to Mayberry RFD when I first went to Campbell's. It's friendly, neighborly, and they make you feel right at home. They are dependable and honest. When they inspect your vehicle, they tell you what things need to be done in the order of importance, but they never pressure you subtly or otherwise. I keep putting off getting a new car because of the way I and my car are treated at Campbell's Automotive. I am so grateful that they're in business because: 1) they have fixed things that other mechanics couldn't; 2) they offer advice that keeps me safe on the road and saves me money; 3)when I "pop" in during business hours with a problem or question--they're right there to take care of me; 4) they have fixed things that haven't appeared on my bill, and all of the bills have been "sooo" fair; 5) as a customer I am treated so well that I walk away feeling as if I'm the most important thing that's happened to them in a month (they could start a school on how to treat customers and business' productivity would go up at least 75%). To sum up my experience with them: "5 stars are not enough for these guys as they have always treated me above and beyond 'excellent.'
