I keep putting off getting a new car because of the way I and my car are treated at Campbell's Automotive. I am so grateful that they're in business because: 1) they have fixed things that other mechanics couldn't; 2) they offer advice that keeps me safe on the road and saves me money; 3)when I "pop" in during business hours with a problem or question--they're right there to take care of me; 4) they have fixed things that haven't appeared on my bill, and all of the bills have been "sooo" fair; 5) as a customer I am treated so well that I walk away feeling as if I'm the most important thing that's happened to them in a month (they could start a school on how to treat customers and business' productivity would go up at least 75%). To sum up my experience with them: "5 stars are not enough for these guys as they have always treated me above and beyond 'excellent.' Anyone going to another mechanic is getting second, third and fourth best for their money; so I rather strongly suggest that if you're smart, try Campbell's and you'll soon be on their website praising them. - Kathleen A.
